Dubai-based developer Wasl has announced an ambitious new phase of Jumeirah Golf Estates, launching a premium residential masterplan set to transform the iconic community. Titled “The Next Chapter,” the development will span an impressive 4.68 million square metres and introduce over 12,000 new residential units across six vibrant lifestyle districts.
The expansive project will feature a diverse mix of residences, including 780 villas, 752 estate homes, 97 branded units, and 10,654 apartments. Adding to its exclusivity, the community will also boast 62 ultra-luxury hilltop mansions — offering unparalleled views and privacy.

Dubai-based developer Wasl has announced a transformative expansion of Jumeirah Golf Estates, unveiling “The Next Chapter”—a visionary masterplan that will add more than 12,000 residential units across six dynamic lifestyle districts.
Covering an impressive 4.68 million square metres, the development will feature a diverse residential mix, including 780 villas, 752 estate homes, 97 branded residences, 62 ultra-luxury hilltop mansions, and 10,654 apartments. Upon completion, the community is expected to accommodate over 51,700 residents.
Strategically aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, this ambitious project integrates vast green spaces, essential infrastructure, and enhanced mobility options. Residents will benefit from seamless connectivity, including direct access to the upcoming Etihad Rail main station and the operational Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station. The site’s prime location along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with additional access via Al Khail Road, Al Yalayis Street, and Al Jamayel Street, also ensures proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport.
